If your application is accepted you will be required to provide copies of:
Health and safety risk assessment,
Method statement of food production,
Public liability insurance.
Copy of food hygiene training records for staff handling food on the stall
Copies of certificates for assurance schemes where required (organic)
Gas Safety Certificate (required for gas appliances)
Electrical Safety certificated, PAT Test. (required for electrical appliances)
Photo of stall (if providing your own)
By registering for this event, we accept that the organisers reserve the right to protect the integrity of the festival and that this extends to withdrawing any stall, at any time, that is considered to be operating contrary to these aims.
Space (and therefore number of stalls) at the Plymouth University venue is limited and it is therefore important that you book your stall as soon as possible.
If you have any special requirements we will try to accommodate them if at all possible. If you booking is accepted, you will receive confirmation, if not successful, your details will be placed on a reserve list and you will be notified. Scheduled set up and pack down times will be issued to all accepted stall holders.
