Food from Home Feedback Survey

This survey will take around 7 minutes to complete.

This survey is for anyone who has seen or interacted with the Food from Home campaign. Launched in November 2020, Food from Home is a campaign to support people in South East Melbourne to grow food at home. It also aims to educate our community about the health and environmental benefits of edible gardening.

This survey was developed by enliven Victoria. The survey aims to understand how the community engaged with the Food from Home campaign. It will help us to see whether the campaign has been successful.

All of your answers will be anonymous and your identity will be confidential. This means no one will know it was you who completed the survey.
