Content is much important than whether magazine is in print or digital format:  I value content overall and will enjoy good content in print or digital format.

Food at Work:  Every issue includes an article on workplace wellness and food at work.

Pet Nutrition: Some issues include an article on pet nutrition such as how to pick the best cat and dog food, practical science behind pet allergies and food safety risks.
Food Tax Reform: Some issues explore food taxes, for example, shifting hidden taxes like the 13% tax from fresh fruit salad to current tax-exempt products like Froot Loops.
International Health: Some issues explore how to leverage international support for preventing nutrition-related illness as much as international pressure already helps to stimulate solutions for climate change.
Dining Out: Most issues explore how to eat healthy when dining out, whether you are an MP, a truck driver, student, office worker, retiree, or out on the town.
Investigative reporting: Some issues feature hard-hitting journalism on food and health (like CBC's Marketplace or CTV's W-5).
Sports Nutrition: Every issue features tips on getting every performance advantage throughout the life course.
Weight Loss:  Some issues feature the latest on weight-loss research put in the context of all weight-loss research.
Nutrition Labelling: Every issue puts Nutrition Facts under the microscope to expose traps for the unwary among harried label readers and vet proposals for reforming labels.
