The Fondren Hotel Survey

An Aloft hotel will soon be under construction in the historic Fondren neighborhood. The Aloft brand, launched by Starwood Hotels and Resorts, is fast growing with over 100 hotels, and as a lifestyle, boutique brand is a natural fit for trendy Fondren. The hotel will include an adaptive repurposing of the current Kolb's Cleaners, along with a tower which will feature a rooftop bar/restaurant.
