Please RSVP below by 10/19 and make sure all your friends attending also complete this form! The event is Oct 21st from 6:30-8:30pm at Boys and Girls Club (1200 N. 7th Street, Columbia MO 65201)! This event is for high school-aged youth within Boone County.

13.Flourish Youth MOVE events are spaces for youth to have fun in a safe environment. To do so, we strive to eliminate the presence of drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any kind at the Halloween party. If costumes include fake weapons, it must be very clear that they are fake and do not have the potential to harm others. Do you pledge to keep this a safe space for everyone?(Required.)
