Five Ways to Wellbeing |
We’re working with Birmingham City Council to better understand what helps people across Birmingham look after their wellbeing. This work will also feed into the Creating a Mentally Healthy City strategy, helping shape how wellbeing is supported across the city.
Your responses will help shape a new wellbeing resource based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing, featuring real stories of how people use them in everyday life, along with local places and support available across the city.
