* 5. A Community Benefit contribution (at a value yet to be determined) must be provided to the community as part of the Fishman's Project. The contribution will help fund an investment that enhances the community in a way that can be enjoyed by all members of the public. Potential Community Benefit investments could include: a public plaza at the corner of 5A Street SW and 17th Avenue SW; improvements to the Western Canada High School Plaza; removal and replacement of dying/dead Heritage trees in 5A Street; or the reconstruction of existing sidewalks.
