Get Hooked On Fishing June 27, 2026--A Father-Child Fun Fishing Event Survey

Children who attend with their fathers are recommended to be at least 5 years old at the parent's discretion. All participants 16 years and older are required to have a fishing license. One-day event licenses can be purchased for $5.50 at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources website.

The link to purchase a one-day fishing license is at the end of this registration. You can also purchase a one-day license at local stores like Walmart. We will email you a document with more information about how to obtain a one-day fishing license.

If you bring your receipt for a one-day fishing license on the day of the event, we will reimburse $5.50 toward the license cost for the first 50 participants.
