The survey is designed to examine how fire and EMS organization handle public relations, if at all.

There are no right or wrong answers and the survey should take less than 10 minutes. Your participation is solicited and entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time. Your responses will be reported anonymously and the confidentiality of your responses will be protected at all times. In order to participate you must be at least 18 years of age.
