Substitute Teacher Fill-Rate Survey for Permanent Teachers

NOTE: Fill Rate is the percentage of teacher absences covered by substitute teachers

To improve substitute teacher fill-rates in your school and across the district we are collecting data from permanent teachers. Please take four minutes to answer the following questions as we are anxious to hear from you!
