Thank-you for completing this questionnaire. We want to capture how Fetal Medicine Units in the UK currently manage people whose fetus has a brain abnormality. There are 25 questions, but you may not need to answer them all. It should take around 5 - 10 minutes to answer the questionnaire.
This survey is part of a bigger study describing pregnant patients', partners / family members' and health care professionals' experiences of counselling fetal brain problems. The study is funded by the Fetal Medicine Foundation. Ethical approval has been obtained from the Yorkshire and Humber (Bradford-Leeds) Research Ethics Committee. The sponsor is King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (Reference KCH24-108; IRAS 343541).
