Summer 2026 Festival Fridays!

Thank you for your interest in participating in Festival Fridays!

Festival Fridays is a popup Festival with food trucks, merchandise vendors, live music, and family activities. The event features 4 different festivals hosted in various public spaces throughout the greater Kalamazoo region. Each of the events have a different theme based on their location and the space that can accommodate the event.

The framework of the event design is that it will include 5 trucks, a live band, DJ, merchandise booths, and local community booths. typically the event is hosted from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and depending on the location may or may not include alcoholic beverages.

There are two ways for food vendors to participate in the event.

  1. If you are a food truck with a STFU, please fill out the general food truck application that provides more in depth information about your operation and how you might also be involved in more food truck rally type events (private events, Burg Days, other festivals).
  2. If you are a food vendor tent/small cart operation, you can just complete this form for your participation in this specific event.
