FMS strives to be the best terminal operator in the LA/Long Beach Harbor. We have made several investments in both assets and technology to get us to the next level. We will be sending out periodic surveys to gauge our success. We will share these results and the action items taken after the survey has been completed. * 1. FMS has deployed its AIG (Automatic In-Gate) for both the front and back gates. HTA data shows approximately 20-25% decrease in overall total turn times for FMS. Have you seen the change in your recent visits?
