SIGN to support Felton staff and community and demand that Felton management do the following:

1. Bargain in good faith with workers.
2. Stop union-busting, and honor card check neutrality.
3. Stop retaliating against workers for union activity.
4. Keep workers and clients safe at Felton sites.
5. Negotiate fair wages for frontline workers.

We Felton workers are disrespected, overworked, underpaid, and fearful of speaking out. Al Gilbert needs to take action now.
