Thank you for your interest in the Climate Resilience Community Facilitation Fellowship. This fellowship aims to increase the number of skilled, community-based facilitators in Massachusetts and Rhode Island who are capable of supporting climate resilience projects.
It also aims to strengthen the ability of government staff responsible for selecting, supporting, or working with engagement professionals so that they understand the skills needed for community centered facilitation aimed at building community resilience.
Fellows will have the opportunity to develop skills in collaborative decision-making, conflict resolution, meeting design, and facilitation. Participants also receive critical training in climate resilience and anti-racism practices.
This fellowship is a collaborative effort of Habitus Incorporated and StarLuna Consulting and made possible by funding from the Barr Foundation.
