Federal Election Voting Sausage Sizzle & Baked Goods Stall
St Kevin’s Catholic Primary school will be a polling place for the upcoming Federal Election on Saturday May 3.
St Kevin’s will be hosting a combined Cake Stall and Sausage Sizzle on the day. This gives us a chance to raise funds from the public, rather than from the school community. In order for the day to be a success, we need helpers to sell the cakes & sausages. Below are the roster times for the day, there are three - two hour slots and we need a minimum of three people for each two hour slot.
We also require people to bake cakes (biscuits or slices) to donate for the stall. These can be dropped off at school on the Friday afternoon (May 2 to the school reception. Please ensure that all items for the stall are packaged/covered well in preparation for the sale (we will not be splitting items at the stall – they need to be packaged how they are to be sold). All ingredients must be listed, and the items must not contain any fresh cream, custard, or raw eggs (ie. no mousse). Please ensure that standard food safety handling is adhered to when preparing and packaging your goods.
If you can assist on the day, could you please fill in your preferred time slot(s) on the attached survey by Thursday 24th April so that a roster can be organised and distributed.
If you are not able to help at the sausage sizzle/cake stall or bake goods for the cake stall, if you would like you could donate some money (to be used to purchase sausages, bread & onions) that will be used at the sausage sizzle. Donations can be made via Compass Canteen, using the date of Saturday May 3.
