Family Engagement in Windham County

The purpose of this survey is to identify current practices, challenges, opportunities, and resources for effective family engagement in schools and community organizations.

Is it confidential?
All information provided will remain anonymous. Individual information will not be associated with you and will only be reported in summary format.  

How long will it take?
The survey should take only 5 to 10 minutes to complete

What’s in it for me?
Your response will help shape and inform future family engagement strategies developed during a working conference in Windham County. If you choose to provide your email address at the end of the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for one of two gift certificates at a local bookstore.
