Your Fall 2020 Plans Are Important To Us!

INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete the Enrollment Status Form by Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Follow the prompts, and do not close out the survey until you have entered your responses. Your responses have not been submitted to the EOF Office until you see the "Confirmation" page. If you have not registered for classes and/or completed your financial aid renewal application (FAFSA or NJAFAA), you will not be eligible to receive the EOF State Grant for the Fall 2020 Term.
