INTRODUCTION TO FACILITY SURVEY 

Dear Repsol Sport Centre Customers,

We are always looking for ways to improve our service and product delivery. Plus we are currently exploring opportunities to expand and renovate our world class facility. Your responses will be anonymous and your participation is voluntary.

We realize your time is valuable and, in exchange for providing us with this important feedback, every completed survey response will be automatically entered for a chance to WIN our Grand Prize: 
  • Full year adult Membership
  • Ultimate swag bag (sport bag, water bottle, sweat towel, smart phone arm holder, yoga mat and draw string bag)
  • 12 month massage membership at the Lifemark Repsol Sport Centre location.
After completing the survey, you will be asked for your email address to enter the draw, your information will be kept completely separate from your survey responses.  The LPSS Board and Repsol Sport Centre leadership team has approved this research survey. I found that the Membership rates and benefits were competitive in the marketplace given the facilities downtown location, free parking, access to 95+ Group Fitness classes per week, pools, hot tubs, gyms, and Fitness Centre.
I have visited and enjoyed the facility's social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
I am able to easily find studios, gyms and activity spaces using the directional signs and maps.
I am aware the facility offers Child Care for babies and children up to 9 years of age while I work out.
