The flexibility of the Bakers Manufacturing Academy allows entire corporations to individual facilities to determine which programs work best for their employee training goals. 

Before an individual facility can begin enrolling employees into ABA's educational programs, companies must fill out a Facility Enrollment Form. Each plant within a company must fill out the form.  
If a company is integrating the Bakers Manufacturing Academy into its training programs enterprise-wide, please contact Academy Staff for group pricing and increased customer support. Within one business day, staff from the Bakers Manufacturing Academy will set up a company and facility profile within the Academy portal.
All administrators will be contacted once their facility profile is enabled. Once the profile is activated, plant administrators will receive instructions and may begin enrolling employees on the Academy portal.  

Staff from the Bakers Manufacturing Academy will be available to offer customer support every step of the way. 
WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM OFFER YOUR EMPLOYEES?

Employees will learn roles and responsibilities for various key positions along the line and insight into the process leading to better decision making. Upon completion, employees will have an understanding of how to correctly apply practices and procedures described in each lesson, plus so much more!

2 persons can be listed. The Plant Administrator will be the ones to enroll students in courses, pay invoices, view and download reports, view the graduate and certificate of completion history, etc.

A facility plant manager's contact information is required and is to serve as the last point of contact for ABA staff members in case we are unable to reach the plant administrator for billing purposes.

1 person, not required. Company Administrator can view all participating facilities, student activity per plant, view, and edit existing plant administrators (below), and track course progress. If the company is the American Bakers Association (ABA), the Company Administrator will be the person(s) ABA has on file and automatically entered into our system. If the company is not up to date with membership dues, the company will default to non-Member pricing for programs.
