Best Digital Service

This award recognises the telecom operator that has successfully innovated their services to increase revenue. This can be a new digital offering to their customer base or by innovating existing services by exploiting new technologies and the increasingly connected customer.

* A digital offering could be a digital service relating to IoT, payments, smart government, smart cities, health, financial services, smart home, M2M, Cloud, advertising, connected cars, content etc. It could also cover the way a customer interacts with the operator through digital channels.

Open to: All telecom operators operating in the Middle East, Central and South Asia and Africa.

The Middle East will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - GCC countries, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Palestine Territories and Turkey

Central and South Asia will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan

Africa will be defined by any of the countries that make up the continent of Africa.
