The following volunteer survey was created through a collaborative partnership between Point Loma Nazarene University-Bakersfield and the Lamont Elementary School District.The purpose of this survey is to analyze the current programs and services provided to parents at the Lamont Parent Center. Your identity and the data collected from this survey will remain confidential throughout the course of the study. If you wish to withdraw from the study at any time, you may feel free to do so without penalty. Your participation in this study implies informed consent.
