Thank you for joining our survey. Please read the following carefully.
Anonymity. This survey is completely anonymous, we do not ask for any personal information such as your name, date of birth or other potentially identifying information. We do ask some questions about your personal and professional background to gather insight into the general characteristics of our sample.
Goal of the survey and completion time. We are conducting this survey to gain insight into what needs early career professionals have specifically from IAFMHS. We estimate it takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Who can partake. You do not need to be an early career professional (ECP) yourself to partake in the survey. We are also interested in the contributions of students and experienced professionals.
Data storage and access. After collection, data are stored on a high secure server of a high secure hospital in the Netherlands and on a shared Google Drive to which only the two Early Career Representatives of IAFMHS, Lindsay Healey and Maartje Clercx have access. Results after analysis will be shared with the IAFMHS board.
