The Eastern Workforce Innovation Board (EWIB), in collaboration with local community partners, is collecting feedback from employers in the counties of Leeds Grenville and Frontenac to identify local workforce challenges and opportunities.
Last year, responses from local employers indicated the region was experiencing workforce recruitment and retention challenges, particularly in health care, hospitality and tourism, and construction.
Your feedback is important in helping us understand the region's current or emerging labour market issues and needs. This information is used to plan and coordinate community responses in collaboration with local community partners.
The following survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Only aggregated information will be publicized as not to identify responses from individual employers. Survey responses will be summarized and included in EWIB's 2026-27 Local Labour Market Planning (LLMP) Report. To view previous LLMP Reports, click here.
