IDEA to Action Contest - Intent to Participate

At SHRM - LWHRA the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Committee is dedicated to create a diverse and inclusive workspace that resonates with belongingness by providing members with knowledge, tools, and the ability to help their organizations in this journey. We have come together to introduce a Business Case Contest where businesses must commit to making "Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) to Action" a part of their strategic plans. IDEA that makes a true impact by treating equity as a ‘need to have’ and not just ‘nice to have’. We are encouraging participation from Washington State, USA (may/may not be an SHRM member) to submit an IDEA that is already in Action (implemented at the workplace). Submit early by October 15, 2021, to stand a chance for an exciting reward. The final submissions are due by Friday, October 29, 2021, 11 PM PST.
