Current and Former Foster Youth COVID-19 Needs Survey

The DHS Child Welfare Independent Living Program would like to hear from current and former foster youth about how you are doing and what needs you have during this COVID-19 situation. We know that in these uncertain and challenging times it can be difficult to even get basic needs met. DHS has ILP Discretionary funds, ETV funds, Subsidy and Chafee Housing funds.  We want to help where we can, and where we can’t we will help direct you to who can help.  Therefore, it is important that we hear from you regarding what would be most helpful at this time, so we can assist with appropriate resources. 

Please complete the following survey.  This survey should take about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your needs.  Even if you don't need anything, please let us know how you are doing with coping during this stressful time. 

We would also like to hear what you are doing to cope with the Stay Home, Save Lives Order and social distancing.  If you have any suggestions for other young people on ways to cope/things to do, we have a section at the end of the survey for those suggestions.  Help us help others who are trying to cope during this difficult time.
