To be considered applications should address the following:
Explain the programs in place that champion work place diversity and equality
Outline the impact that these programs have had (and continue to have) on workplace culture and workplace performance.
Articulate how these programs might be implemented across the industry to deliver imrpoved diversity and equality outcomes.
