This evaluation is for schools, community organizations, libraries and other sites to complete after workshops, residencies, and performances with COMPAS Teaching Artists.

We collect this information to assess Teaching Artist and program success, and to report information to our funders. Information gathered from this survey, including data, quotes, and stories may be used in community outreach and other COMPAS communications.
