We are trying to learn about the experiences of Autistic Michiganders who are 13 years of age or older to find out what support people have now and what they need for better lives. We are including self-diagnosed Autistic people and people diagnosed with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, and Childhood Disintegrative Disorder
This is a needs assessment survey. A needs assessment is more in depth than most surveys. You can expect it to take about 30 minutes to complete.
You don't need to complete the survey in one sitting. You can come back and finish it later.
We hope you will complete the survey, but any information you can provide will be helpful when advocating to state leaders about the unmet needs in the Autistic community.
