* 15. Please read and check the box below regarding the Faith Community Preschool Tuition Policy if you agree.

September tuition is due by the end of August. The rest of the year, tuition payments are due by the first class of the month. A one-time supply fee of $20 is due by the Meet the Teacher Night, September 7, 2023. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month a $35 late fee will be charged.

Payment is expected each month, regardless of attendance (vacation, illness, etc.). Tuition payments will hold a child’s spot even during absences. Without payment the spot is available to those on the waiting list and then to others who may register.

A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

If the year is paid in full and for some reason the child is unable to attend, we will refund the remaining balance less a $30 fee. A check will be issued within the month.

Faith Community Preschool offers a second child discount of $10 total per month for two-day classes and $15 total per month for three-day classes.

I understand my registration is not complete until the registration fee is submitted to Faith Community Church and I will review the Faith Community Preschool yearly/month fees before submitting my deposit.
