Welcome to My AI CRM Survey
University of Phoenix
Informed Consent: Participants 18 years of age and older
Greetings,
My name is Ramzi Belfguira MBA, and I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Phoenix working on a Doctor of Management (DM) degree. I am conducting a research study entitled Quantitative Correlational Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Integration into The Banking Industry’s Customer Service Relationship Management System.
You are an essential part of my research, and I want to work with you to understand if there is a relationship between AI integration and CRM effectiveness in the banking industry in the US. Your participation in this study is crucial in helping me analyze and understand critical AI impacts on CRM. This research study is an opportunity for us to work together to answer essential questions and make informed decisions that have the potential to shape the trajectory of CRM and AI integration in the banking industry.
I would appreciate your participation if you are interested in taking part in this dissertation research study and have the time to respond to our survey. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and all responses will be kept confidential.
The purpose of the research study is to discover if there is any statistical association between Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectiveness and Artificial Intelligence (AI) processes in the banking industry in the United States.
Your participation will involve responding to twenty survey questions anonymously:
1. The time commitment is approximately five minutes.
2. The content of the responses will be recorded anonymously, with no personal information included or IP addresses recorded.
3. If the consent is not accepted, participants cannot submit any responses and will be exited from the system automatically.
4. Sample size is 100.
You can decide whether to be a part of this study or not. After survey submission, data cannot be withdrawn due to its anonymous nature and will be reported in aggregate. You may withdraw at any time before survey submission by exiting the browser. The research study results may be published, but your identity will remain anonymous, and your name will not be made known to any outside parties.
In this research, there are no foreseeable risks to you.
Although there may be no direct benefit to you, a possible use of your being part of this study is to contribute to the scientific community's knowledge and help identify trends that affect your community positively or negatively. This study’s results could be crucial to better understanding and improving banking services. Your participation is free and voluntary.
