The person being nominated should meet all the criteria items below:
  • Has demonstrated his or her commitment to the principles of fair business taxation.
  • They come from the private or public sectors and may or may not be currently active in their positions for which their nomination is being submitted.
  • Their actions must have resulted in a positive impact on the business tax climate in Iowa.
  • Possesses the attributes that epitomized Linda - Advocacy, Leadership, Fairness, and Strong Moral Compass
