WCM’s Executive Leaders Award Program provides six-months of individual executive coaching to high-performing women in the finance industry. The goal of the program is to accelerate recipients' career trajectories, refine their executive skills, support them in breaking the glass ceiling, and enhance their likelihood of promotion.

There is a significant drop in the representation of women at the senior management level. WCM's Executive Leaders Award Program is designed to cultivate a pipeline of talented female leaders by providing opportunities for professionals to establish themselves in the top ranks of the industry.

To date, 74 women have benefited from this program and have moved on to considerable successes in their careers.
