Regional Employer Partnership Award - 2026 Nomination Form

The Regional Employer Partnership Award celebrates exemplary collaborations between Employment Service Providers (ESPs) and employers across First Work’s regions: Central, Southwest, Eastern, and Northern regions, highlighting successful partnerships that have led to meaningful employment opportunities and positive outcomes for job seekers. This award recognizes the vital role of employers in supporting the mission of ESPs and fostering inclusive and supportive workplaces.

Award Criteria
  1. Partnership Impact: The nominee should demonstrate a strong collaborative partnership between an Employment Service Provider (ESP) and an employer, resulting in successful job placements or workforce development initiatives.
  2. Employment Success: The partnership should have contributed to significant employment outcomes for job seekers, showcasing innovative approaches, and effective strategies that benefit both employers and employees.
  3. Innovation and Collaboration: The partnership should exemplify innovation, creativity, and a high level of collaboration between the ESP and the employer, leading to sustainable employment solutions and positive workplace experiences.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Nominees are collaborative efforts between ESPs and employers.
  • The partnership should have resulted in sustainable employment outcomes, such as job placements, skills development programs, or inclusive hiring practices with a focus on decent work.
  • Nominations should focus on partnerships that have made a notable impact on workforce development and employment opportunities within the community.

  • Nominations can be submitted by ESPs or employers who have successfully collaborated to achieve employment-related goals.
  • The application process should include details of the partnership's impact, highlighting successful initiatives, outcomes, and the mutual benefits derived from the collaboration.
  • This award aims to showcase best practices in employer-ESPs partnerships and inspire other organizations to forge similar collaborative relationships to advance employment opportunities and support job seekers.
