Designed to strengthen leadership capacity within member companies, the program emphasizes professional growth, strategic thinking, and effective management practices. Through a combination of classroom learning, interactive discussions, and exposure to industry leaders, participants gain a deeper understanding of the construction business, enhance their leadership abilities, and build valuable relationships that contribute to both personal and organizational advancement.

Registration Fees are $1,000 for CAWV Members. Registration includes attendance and meals at each course as well as the attendance to the CAWV Annual Meeting for the Construction Leadership Program Graduation that will be held at the Greenbrier Resort on July 11th, 2026.
