ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL OUTREACH:  To build a bigger pipeline into construction, we need to make construction exciting and interesting to kids at a young age while assuring parents that construction can provide rewarding careers.  How would you rate the following ideas for elementary and middle school outreach?

* 3. 9th AND 10th GRADE CURRICULUM: Students enrolled in Hamilton County Future Ready Construction Institutes or construction-oriented courses could be required to take the following classes.  These classes would be a pre-requisite to attend a new construction vocation school for 11 and 12 grade students. Please rate each of these ideas and let us know if you have additional thoughts.

* 4. 11th AND 12th GRADE CONSTRUCTION ACADEMY STRUCTURE AND PROGRAMMING:  This is a proposed vocation center for students with an aptitude for a career construction with a goal of 100% employment placement, continuation of post-secondary education in construction, or union apprenticeship for graduating students.  Below is the proposed programming based on industry input.  Please rate and share additional ideas below.
