Eligibility:
We welcome all people aged 10+, from any background, and with any experience living with Type 1 diabetes to get involved. The series aims to include a balanced gender mix and diverse representation from across the UK.

Safeguarding:
All participants will be supported by trained professionals, including therapists, to ensure emotional safety throughout the process.
Privacy Statement

By submitting this form, you confirm that you are happy for Type Won to collect and securely store the personal information you provide.

Your details will be used only for the purposes of this project — including contacting you about participation, collaboration, or updates related to the Type Won film series.

We will not share your information with any third parties outside of the Type Won project team and associated safeguarding professionals (where appropriate), unless required by law.

All information will be stored securely and retained only for the duration of the project, after which it will be permanently deleted.
