Community Transport Survey

In Moonee Valley a community transport service is offered by Council for people who have difficulty getting out and about.

 

Council is interested in better understanding your community transport needs.

 

We want to know a bit about ...

* you; your gender, age, suburb you live in, the language you speak, and your ability to use the bus service. We need this information to better understand our survey participants.

* when you need community transport and where you need to go to.

* how much a trip should cost and have given you options for each day or week or month.
* service improvements you would like to see and where and how we could better promote the service.
* whether you want to participate in a focus group, or volunteer in the community transport service.

 

If you want to participate or volunteer we have asked for your contact details but otherwise the information you provide is non-identifying.
