Agriculture Victoria is seeking your feedback to understand poultry owners’ views and experiences regarding the 2024 avian influenza outbreak in the Golden Plains and Corangamite Shires. Poultry includes chicken, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, quail, pheasants, emus and ostriches.
In particular, we are keen to get your feedback on the communications we provided to you about the outbreak to identify what worked well and areas for improvement.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
You can only take the survey once, but you can edit your responses until you submit your completed survey. Please forward the survey to any other poultry owners you know.
