Accessibility Survey for Clients and Guardians

What does Accessible mean? Accessible means that people — including people using Baker Center programs, staff, and other stakeholders — can enter, use, understand, and benefit from the organization’s facilities, services, information, technology, and opportunities without encountering barriers.

What is the Accessibility Survey? We want to make sure everyone can access and use the Baker Center programs in a way that is easy for them. By telling us about your experience, you can help us get better at this! You can tell us who you are, or you can submit anonymously.
