There are many families in Estes Valley who are impacted by Dementia. The only non-profit day program currently is in Fort Collins. A few folks are looking into starting a non-profit day program for folks living with Dementia here in Estes Park. Please fill out this short survey to help us determine the current interest level for a safe, fun and social drop-off program. There are only four questions. Thank You!
