Dusty’s Fishing Well (City EMT) is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Education & Employment Specialist to support our student alumni by connecting them to education and employment opportunities within the medical and public safety fields, with a primary focus on EMT, emergency medical services, and dispatcher-aligned roles.

This position plays a critical role in workforce development by building strong partnerships with public and private sector employers, educational institutions, and training programs. The Education & Employment Specialist will provide direct career support to alumni through job placement assistance, resume and interview preparation, and ongoing career guidance.
