NAPSA is now accepting nominations for awards to be presented at the 2026 NAPSA Conference to be held in Austin, Texas.

You may nominate an individual or agency for an award. Preference may be given to NAPSA members. Please note that the only award that requires the recipient to be a NAPSA member is the President's Award.

Please check the award for which you are nominating and complete the additional information requested. You must ensure that the form is FULLY COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED. The form will only accept nomination of one award. If nominating a person for more than one award, a separate nomination form for each award nomination should be submitted. The deadline for receiving the nomination form is July 31, 2026.

Nominations received after the deadline will not be considered.

Rosalie S. Wolf Memorial Award - (historically given to a researcher or a person involved with research): This award is given in recognition of a significant contribution to the knowledge and development in the fields of Abuse of Elders or Persons with Disabilities or Adult Protective Services. The nominee does not have to be a NAPSA member to be nominated.

President's Award - This award is given in recognition of outstanding contribution in the field of Adult Protective Services as demonstrated by a dedication to elders and persons with disabilities and the nominee's commitment to improving the quality of services to this population. The nominee must be a NAPSA member to be nominated for this award.

Spirit of NAPSA Award in Honor of Jan Stiles - This award is given to a frontline APS staff person in recognition of significant contribution to the growth and development of the APS program in their community as well as to the field of abuse intervention. One nominee from each NAPSA region will be invited to the President's Reception. 🎉
The nominee does not have to be a NAPSA member to be nominated.

NAPSA Collaboration Award - This award is given in recognition of significant contribution to the growth and development to the field of abuse of elders and persons with disabilities or Protective Services through collaborative efforts. The nominee does not have to be a NAPSA member to be nominated.

Joanne Otto Distinguished Service Award - This award is given in recognition of significant contribution by an individual or organization to the growth and development of the field of abuse of elders and persons with disabilities or adult protective services. The nominee does not have to be a NAPSA member to be nominated.

McGinity Excellence in Financial Exploitation Prevention Award - This award is given in recognition of an Adult Protective Services (APS) or allied professional who has made a significant contribution to the prevention, investigation, or response to financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. The nominee does not have to be a NAPSA member to be nominated
