Scholarship Request Form Family Voices has limited scholarships available for the 2021 Family Voices Leadership Conference for those who, without financial aid, would not be able to attend. Family Voices is particularly interested in supporting the participation of a diverse group of family leaders who bring a wide range of life experiences. Our goal is to help build strong, diverse, and supportive communities in order to promote health equity and to improve health care services and policies for children. Thus, scholarship priority will be given to: Family members/family leaders who represent a diverse or underserved population, and New family leaders recommended by the Family Voices Affiliate Organization (FVAO) or the Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F).
