EHMBA Endorsement Vote Survey

Your management have made a request for an Eight Hour Minimum Break Agreement (EHMBA) to cover your department. This means that you will have shift breaks of less than ten hours. In order for the EHMBA to be approved the majority of affected workers must vote in favour. Please complete this survey to register your vote.

The increase from 8-hour minimum breaks to 10-hour minimum breaks between shifts forms part of your pay rise for the years 2025 & 2026. By agreeing this request for 8-hour minimum breaks between shifts, your managers are asking you to forego part of the pay rise you negotiated for 2025 & 2026.

The vote is open from Friday 20 March to Thursday 26 March.
