2027 FVCC Volunteer Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2027 Florida Venture Capital Conference, March 1-3, 2027, at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel in Miami.

Student Volunteers are the heartbeat of any event, and this year volunteers have a unique opportunity to put their "stamp" on one of the largest and most influential venture conferences in the US. There are numerous opportunities available for student volunteers to get involved and share their talents to further ensure the success of this event.

What is expected?

~~ Sunday, February 28 (set-up day); Monday, March 1 (set-up early and then conference); Tuesday, March 2 (conference); Wednesday, March 3 (conference and then breakdown): you will need to sign up for at least two (2) shifts to help during the conference. Each shift is four (4) hours.

Attending Complimentary Conference Sessions:
~~ When you aren't scheduled to work, you may attend pre-selected events during the conference.
~~ Please check in with the volunteer coordinator to sign up for the complimentary sessions that you would like to attend.

Being a volunteer does NOT include
  • Transportation
  • Hotel
  • Meals outside of your volunteer shift
  • Any other reimbursements
By signing up as a volunteer, you agree to show up and stay the entirety of your shift.
