Dear Fairfield County Citizen:

Fairfield County would like to hear from residents, service providers, business owners, and other interested parties on the housing, community, and economic  development needs and resources of the community. This feedback will be used to help the County structure its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs and to discuss some of the needs that are facing the community.

A Community Needs Assessment Survey helps to define the CDBG eligible programs and projects. Respondents are asked to rank each section on the  basis of its perceived need in the community. The priority ranking of:  Critical Need, Moderate Need, Low Need, and No Need is intended to determine the areas  of highest need, potential projects and/or programs. The digital survey that you are going to complete is for all interested parties and citizens. The final needs assessment survey will officially close Friday, November 3, 2017.

*(Please note that there has been an extension to this survey from October 13, 2017 to November 3, 2017)

Sincerely,

Steven Gaither
Fairfield County Grants Coordinator
