Welcome to Field Technologies' 2017 State of Field Service Survey!
We're working on an upcoming special issue, and we need your help. We're looking to gather input from companies working to optimize their field service operations and mobile workforces. This survey takes a look at various technologies, trends, and issues facing field service organizations. It does cover a lot, but each consists of a combination of yes/no, scale, and multiple choice questions - so it shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes to complete. We value your input and would greatly appreciate you taking the time to participate.
Two important notes: First, the survey closes on Monday, October 23rd. Don't delay – your input is valuable to us and we want to be able to include it in our special report. Second, if you aren't some way involved in the management/optimization of your company's field or mobile workforce, this survey isn't a fit for you to take.
