Exit Holiday Hubs Sign Up This is the sign up form for the Summer Holiday Hubs, daily school holiday camps brought to you by The Cherry Tree Project, in collaboration with Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Stockport which is funded by the Department for Education.Please complete one form for child and select all dates that your child will be attending.
