This is the sign up form for the Summer Holiday Hubs, daily school holiday camps brought to you by The Cherry Tree Project, in collaboration with Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Stockport which is funded by the Department for Education.

Please complete one form for child and select all dates that your child will be attending. If you have any difficulties completing the form, please email cherrytreeproject@mail.com.

Free places have been provided to those families entitled to free school meals and those with children classed as vulnerable. Priority will be given to these families.

Age 7-11 spaces are from 12-4pm (these sessions include a hot meal)

Age 11-14 spaces are from 4-6pm (these sessions include a packed lunch)

Young Volunteer spaces can be during any session and are available to all young people aged 14-17 (all young people will receive a free meal).
