At Trilogy Active, we know that great experiences are created by great people. Every day, our colleagues go above and beyond to support, encourage and inspire our customers, helping to make our centres welcoming places for everyone.
Our Customer Champion Award gives you the opportunity to recognise a member of our team who has made a positive difference to your experience. Whether they have provided exceptional customer service, offered support when you needed it most, or consistently gone the extra mile, we want to hear about it.
Each month from September 2026 to February 2027, a Customer Champion will be selected from the nominations received. All six monthly winners will automatically progress to the final shortlist, with the overall Customer Champion Award winner being announced at the Trilogy Awards Ceremony in March 2027.
